Patton and Samuel’s wedding day was one of the most special weddings I have ever captured. In the midst of social distancing and worldwide disruption, they came together and were married in a sweet and intimate ceremony. The only people in attendance were immediate family members, and we all celebrated afterwards at Patton’s childhood home.

The vendors who pulled this together did an amazing job!! Randy Roper, their wedding planner, set up the cake and champagne reception while everyone was at the church. Mark and Ron with In Bloom decked out the dining room with beautiful floral arrangements. And Narvell’s Catering delivered delicious food for everyone to enjoy.

There were so many incredible details throughout the day:I absolutely loved Patton’s Oscar de la Renta dress which was originally her bridal luncheon dress. She wore sentimental pieces of jewelry from her mom and her sisters in law helped her do her hair and makeup. We loved capturing all of the beautiful moments throughout the day and spending time with their families.

The ceremony was sweet and beautiful at the Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church. I’m pretty sure there wasn’t a dry eye in the sanctuary at the ceremony. Samuel’s dad even played the piano as during the recessional after they were married!

If you want to know who cried during this, it was me. We all went back to Patton’s childhood home to enjoy a cake and champagne reception in the beautiful dining room. I loved hearing stories of Patton childhood from her parents and listening to Samuel’s dad proudly talk about his kids.

One of my favorite parts of their wedding day was after the reception. Patton and Samuel went to Patton’s grandparents’ houses and told them they had gotten married. They stood in the front yard and celebrated from afar with their loved ones. Isn’t that the best?? If you want to know who cried during that, it was me.

It was incredibly sweet to be part of this wedding day!! I have a new found love for private estate weddings!!
